Palos Health to Break Ground on New Medical Office Building in Mokena this Spring

Palos Health is set to break ground this spring on a nearly 50,000 square feet medical building at the corner of Owens Road and Route 30 in Mokena.

This new satellite location for Palos Health will offer Immediate Care and Imaging (including CT, mammography, X-ray and ultrasound) as well as primary care and specialty care clinics. The three-story structure will be designed to incorporate healing elements such as natural light and views of green spaces.

“Part of our vision at Palos Health is to create a better everyday life for our community," says Palos Health President and CEO Terrence Moisan, M.D. “The development in Mokena will help us impact the health of many southwest suburban residents and improve accessibility to award winning health care.”

Palos Health has contracted with the Walsh Group for design and construction of the new facility. This project is slated for completion in spring 2021.
