Northwestern Medicine Opens New Lake Bluff Comprehensive Health Center

Lake Bluff, IL – The new Northwestern Medicine Lake Bluff comprehensive health center recently opened to better serve patients in the Lake Bluff area. In addition to seeing patients who have appointments with their family medicine physician, the location offers an immediate care center, with on-site lab and imaging services.

The center is staffed by family medicine and emergency medicine physicians who are part of Northwestern Medical Group and who serve on the medical staff of Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital. Family medicine physicians seepatients with conditions ranging from the common cold to chronic illnesses, in addition to routine screenings, annual checkups and other preventive medicine services for both adult and pediatric patients.

“We are pleased to offer local residents access to world class care,” said Marsha Oberrieder, president of Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital. “This center was built from the ground up to specifically better serve our local patients, and offering those with non-emergency health conditions, but who promptly need to see a healthcare professional, an alternative to waiting in an emergency room.”

“We are looking forward to serving Lake Bluff and the surrounding communities, providing patients with high quality, compassionate care, close to where they live and work,” said Victoria Weston, MD, Northwestern Medicine immediate care medical director.

The center is conveniently located at 525 Rockland Road suite 102 inLakeBluff, and is open Monday-Friday from 8 am to 8 pm. On-site parking is available for patients and visitors.
