“LivingWell does an incredible job supporting patients and their families at every stage of their cancer journey, from diagnosis through treatment through survivorship,” said John D. Abad, MD, surgical oncologist at Northwestern Medicine Cancer Center in Warrenville. “Having these resources close to our patients in Warrenville is a wonderful addition to our campus and provides them with better access to LivingWell’s offerings.”
In addition, on May 2, 2022, the original LivingWell location at 442 Williamsburg Ave. in Geneva, Ill., will reopen to the public and resume some in-person programming that was suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic.
When LivingWell is fully staffed with volunteers and social distancing is no longer a concern, nutrition classes, the wig boutique and medical/educational presentations will be available as hybrid (in-person and virtual) offerings.
